Contract Conclusion:
a) By booking a holiday apartment, a contract is concluded between the landlord and the company LE Vacation Ohibsky & Jeziak GbR.
b) The booking can be made in writing, verbally, or online.
c) The landlord reserves the right to reject booking requests.
Payment and Cancellation Terms:
a) The booking fee is to be paid in advance.
b) Cancellations for bookings made through the website "www.le-vacation.de" are free of charge if submitted in writing via email at least 14 days before the arrival date.
c) For bookings made through booking platforms, the cancellation terms of the respective platform apply. d) In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full booking fee will be charged.
Use of the Holiday Apartment:
a) The holiday apartment may only be used by the persons named in the contract.
b) Pets are not allowed.
c) By making the booking, the tenant agrees to comply with the landlord's house rules as stated on the website "www.le-vacation.de" and in the listings of the respective booking platforms. Additionally, the rules are posted in the holiday apartment.
Tenant's Responsibilities:
a) The tenant must treat the holiday apartment with care.
b) Any damages must be reported to the landlord immediately.
c) The tenant is liable for damages that occur during their stay.
Landlord's Liability:
a) The landlord is liable for defects in the holiday apartment that were not caused by the tenant.
b) Liability for lost or damaged items is excluded.
Data Protection:
a) The tenant's data will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of booking.
b) Data will not be disclosed to third parties without the tenant's consent.
Jurisdiction:
a) German law applies to all disputes arising from the contract.
b) The place of jurisdiction is the landlord's registered office. By booking a holiday apartment through our website, the tenant accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
